Operation BBQ is a nation-wide effort to provide BBQ to deserving organizations or groups for no cost to them.  We in the Rocky Mountain BBQ Association have used this effort to feed those towns that have been affected by natural disasters in the Colorado area.  Our first effort was in Ordway, CO which just 3 months earlier had their town affected by a huge fire, we also went to Windsor, CO days after tornados leveled much of the town.  Please enjoy the pictures.

Added pictures of Q'ing for a Cause held on 1 Nov 08.  We cooked over 2300 lbs of poork for Care and Share.  It is the biggest charity cook for the Rocky Mountain BBQ Association.  We also had participants (Smoke N the Rockies) who came up even though they had only gotten home from the Jack just 3 days prior to this event.
